Whilst transforming sites from the germ of an idea to securing the right planning consent and then maximising their sale value Paul has created great value for his clients.

Personable, with a hands-on approach, Paul is adept at building cohesive teams and working with a wide range of stakeholders.

DIRECTOR

Cat Lamond

Cat is a MRICS qualified planning and development surveyor and has 10 years experience buying sites, achieving planning permission or optimising existing consent and developing new build homes and conversions.

Cat works with the whole team to assess how best to optimise the land and explores and presents creative short and long term options to the landowner which is tailored to their personal circumstances.

DIRECTOR

ED Harding

Ed is a successful land agent and sells large development sites to developers. Ed is also responsible for raising investment for our projects.

Ed has previously been a sourcing agent and spent over £50,000 in property training fees with well known providers and was hugely disappointed and overwhelmed being taught too many strategies at the same time.

He was adament he wanted to create a membership club including education that provided better support, was online, can be watched again and again, accessible, affordable and was taught by proven experts in a niche area.

HEAD OF LAND

Nick Misselke

Nick has over 36 years’ experience in property having worked in land buying roles for McCarthy and Stone, Wimpey Homes, Crest Homes, and at Director level for Wain Homes and Crosby Homes.

Nick has experience of dealing with land for all kinds of development ranging from single plots to large scale sites for both commercial and residential on green and brownfield sites as well as in the Greenbelt and outside of settlement areas.

HEAD OF PLANNING

Amanda Olley

Amanda is a chartered town planner and planning consultant with 22 years experience and has worked for both the Councils and in the private sector having worked for the major house builders.

Amanda appraises sites, advises on their development potential, has experience promoting land through Development plans or the LDF process, environmental impact assessments, negotiation with the council and statutory consultees, pre-applications, preparing and submitting planning applications and appealing planning decisions.

ASSOCIATE LAND DIRECTOR

Jordan Coon

Jordan has over 12 years’ experience involving sourcing deals for the likes of Howarth homes PLC and holding various roles over the years from Land buyer all the way up to Senior land roles

Jordan prides himself on having worked with many different landowners across all different use classes and has experience ranging from land within the Greenbelt all the way up to several hundred-unit residential schemes.

With his high energy approach Jordan has been responsible for acquiring sites which has provided several hundred units being delivered across the United Kingdom.

DEVELOPMENT SURVEYOR

Georgina Poulton

Georgina is a qualified MRICS Planning and Developmet Surveyor and an RICS Registered Valuer with over 10 years experience working within the residential sector.

Georgina offers experience in Residential Valuation, undertaking a range of valuations, predominately for secured lending purposes. Prior to this, Georgina worked at Jones Lang La Salle within Residential Planning and Affordable Housing.
